20 in 20

I don't usually post weight loss stuff on my blog, because..well I don't..and if i don't lose, its just embarrasing! haha, but I decided to just do it..my goal is to lose 20lbs in 20 weeks (well i'm actually down to 18 weeks..the time Joe has left at AIT) I figure a pound a week really shouldnt be that hard..It took me the whole time Joe was at basic (roughly 10 weeks) to lose my first 10lbs so that is pretty much on target with my pound a week. For that first 10 weeks I didn't change eating habits at all, I just added 30 min of elliptical each day. So for the next stretch I am going to try and eat a bit healthier so maybe i'll lose a little faster!

So here I am, 20lbs heavier then I'll be in July...hopefully :)
Oh and if you have any tips on how to have a butt, I would glady accept them!!
Notice Lily behind me with the bowl on her head I didn't see that until just now..hahaha

You look so gorgeous in your picture--I don't think you need to lose any weight! But good luck any way!

I'm pretty sure I made my goal, it took me a little longer though :) I don't remember what I weighed in this picture, I think 160, and now I am down 20 more...Yay for goals :)
