New Hair, New Dress and Rhody Run

I got my hair cut this weekend! It was just getting too long and icky looking so I chopped off a few inches! I wanted it a little shorter, but I still like it...and the dress is really cute, it just doesn't look it in this picture! I got it in my $2 bag (thrift store) along with about 15 other things (including a new with tags nike running shirt!) One of these days i'll remember to figure out the cost per item! But if I only got 10 things in my bag, that would make the price of this dress .20cents! Wow, I love bag day even more now!

First off i'm not sure exactly what I was thinking signing up for a 5K when I haven't run in almost 6 months! But I am glad that I did...I can hardly walk today, but it felt really good to beat my time from my last 5K! It makes me want to actually train a little bit before my next one..maybe :) I finished 139 out of 285 in 33 min

And last..my two new $2 shirts..I could have got them on bag day which would have made them much cheaper, but I really liked them and didn't want to chance them being gone by Thursday, so 2 bucks isn't too bad for a cute shirt! I also got a pretty awesome belt for a dollar.
I need different shoes for this outfit...the skirt is from st. vinnys I think..under $4!

Mothers Day 2010

I think we took like 20 pictures and there wasnt a single one where everyone was looking at the camera at the same time, or had a silly face. Thank goodness for photoshop! This picture was the best of Ella and Lily, so I photoshopped my Mom, Grandma and my head in!

We found these nasty spiders that had just hatched!

No worries, we sprayed them and now they are gone!!
