Birthday Box

I love living in Texas right now! Its January and the girls and I were at the park for 4 hours yesterday and two hours today in shorts and t-shirts enjoying the 70-75 degree weather! Ask me again in the summer if i'm still enjoying it ;) but seriously, I'll take the heat over snow ANY day! Okay now on to the post....
The girls opening their birthday box
Love how excited Lily is over the air packing package thing..
Thanks Mom for the case of oreos...NOT! hehe But Lily was excited :)

Ella was pretty excited for the new dress up dance stuff from Aunt Sue!

Happy Birthday Lily!

She was pretty excited to see all the "boons"
and she quickly grabbed all the noise makers..thankfully they can barely blow hard enough to make them make noise...

Eating blueberry waffles with cool whip..daddy makes the best breakfasts :)
Going for the presents..doesn't Lily have great morning hair

Do other kids hair look like this in the morning?

The girls got presents in the mail from their cousins George and Annie (but according to Ella, Annie is Lilys cousin and George is her cousin..) and Ella really really wanted Lilys so I let her have her present from them today too..it made the morning much better for Ella :)
Thanks Aunt Jessica for the puppies!

Joe came home for lunch and we had cupcakes and then went to playland (I took my camera but forgot to take any pictures..of course!)
Lily was a little upset that Daddy put "hot" on her cupcake!

Blowin out the candle
Mmmmm cake!

Ella in her cute sweater from Aunt Jessica waiting for her cupcake

We were planning on going to Sea World for Lilys birthday, but its closed until mid Feb. so that wasn't going to work...Lily loves Wazoos and they sent me an email for each of them to play for free on their birthday..so we spent the evening there..
I didn't get very many pictures, because the girls never really slowed down, and I didn't chase them :) A few times someone (like a 8 or 9 year old) would come wandering over with Lily looking for her Mom, because they thought she was lost..ha

Dr. Pepper and Mayborn Museum Day

We drove up to Waco the other day to visit the Dr. Pepper Museum and the Mayborn Childrens Museum
Ella outside of the Dr. Pepper Museum

Joe wanted a statue of himself...

Joe set up the camera on a very old piano that had a sign on it saying "DO NOT TOUCH"...pretty sure I know where my children got ALL their naughtyness ;)

Lily was pretty excited to get out of the stroller

The Childrens museum was pretty fun,
when we were leaving Ella said, that was a really great place to go Mom!

Love this picture of Lily..this is about when my headache set in so not the best of me!
This room was really cute, and would have been fun without a headache..
it was all different musical instruments from around the world
and it was VERY loud :)

Deer!

what the...

My friend said this should be my Valentine this year

Joe playing the piano..this room was really cool too, sadly this is the only thing I took a picture of..we'll have to go again another day

This picture shows the girls perfectly...
Lily being mean and Ella crying..maybe they will grow out of it?
